Mohammed VI congratulates Obama for the 4th of July
King Mohammed VI sent a congratulatory message to US President Barack Obama on the occasion of the Independence Day of his country.
In this message, the King expressed to Obama and members of his respectable family , warm congratulations and His sincere wishes of health and happiness and further progress and prosperity to the American people friend.
The Sovereign took this opportunity to express his pride of the historical friendship ties between the two countries, imbued with the spirit of friendly understanding and mutual esteem, reaffirming the King’s determination to continue to work together with Obama to strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries and to strengthen bilateral relations in various fields and to inject renewed momentum for dialogue and consultation, to serve the common interests of the two friendly nations.
The King also stressed the importance the Kingdom of Morocco to the continued coordination with the United States of America regarding the various regional and international issues of common interest to support international efforts to deal with extremism and terrorism, to establish security and peace in the world and spread the values of freedom, solidarity and coexistence among different cultures and civilizations.
